Creating Lyft's inaugural investor day experience

Lyft’s first Investor Day needed to make a statement. Partnering with Slim Creative, we designed and delivered an event that seamlessly merged physical and digital elements. From captivating installations to dynamic projection screens, we created an immersive experience that left the audience energized about Lyft’s future.

After years of anticipation, Lyft was finally hosting its first Investor Day in New York City. But this wasn’t about staging a typical event; the brief was to create an immersive brand experience that captured Lyft’s journey, growth, and future vision.

With limited time and high stakes, we focused on delivering a seamless experience that reflected the brand’s identity and ambition. From high-impact sizzle reels to projections that enhanced live presentations, every element was designed to engage the audience and leave them aligned, inspired, and excited about what’s ahead for Lyft.

To bring dimension to the event, the branding had to live beyond the screen. We extended the Lyft app’s UI and visual language into wayfinding and tonal collateral, creating a cohesive in-person experience that brought character to every corner of the space.

With just two days for setup and execution, precision planning was essential. We developed detailed previsualizations covering everything from signage and seating layouts to animation storyboards and furniture placement. This allowed the team to move quickly and execute with confidence. Animated screen content was designed to complement the speakers, enhancing the overall narrative and elevating the experience.
