After years of anticipation, Lyft was finally hosting its first-ever Investor Day in New York City. But this wasn’t about putting on a typical event—our brief was to create a fully immersive brand experience, where every detail, from physical staging to digital content, was designed to reflect Lyft’s journey, growth, and vision, and bring the brand’s story to life.
With limited time and high stakes, we focused on crafting a seamless experience that reflected Lyft’s growth and future ambitions. From polished sizzle reels to captivating live presentations, every detail was thoughtfully curated. The result was a high-energy event that left analysts and reporters inspired and ready to champion Lyft’s vision.
To bring dimension to the event the branding needed to live beyond the screens. We expanded on the UI and brand language to create way-finding and tonal collateral that felt like an IRL extension of the Lyft app, bringing character throughout the space.
With only two days for setup and execution, flawless planning was crucial. We developed comprehensive previsualization materials for all aspects of the event, including printed materials layouts, wayfinding strategies, furniture placement, seating configurations, and screen animation storyboards.
This thorough approach allowed us to move with speed and execute the event with precision. We also created engaging animated screen content that complemented the speakers’ presentations, enhancing the overall narrative and visual appeal of the event.
