WHAT YOU’LL DO

We’re seeking a versatile 3D Generalist with some compositing experience to join our creative team. You’re a cross-disciplinary artist with strong technical expertise and a refined creative eye equally comfortable designing a compelling frame as you are executing it. You take ownership of a shot from initial 3D block-out through final composite, delivering polished, production-ready work. Curious and proactive, you’re blending Al into your workflows and are continuously exploring new tools, techniques, and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute high-end 3D work across the pipeline – from look development and lighting through to integration and final compositing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to explore, test, and implement Al tools that enhance and accelerate creative workflows.
• Help define and refine best practices, adapting workflows to project needs and exploring new technical approaches.
• Design and develop assets and sequences in different styles – photoreal or stylised – while maintaining creative excellence across all deliverables.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• 5+ years of experience in a 3D/VFX Generalist role – experience in commercial production, high-end TV, or film preferred.
• Deep understanding of 2D/3D workflows, color pipelines, and integration techniques.
• Strong proficiency in industry-standard 3D software (Cinema 4D, Maya, Blender) and solid compositing skills (Nuke, After Effects), and ideally experience with real-time engines such as Unreal Engine.
• Interest in Al-driven tools, generative platforms, and emerging technologies.
• Strong eye for visual continuity and storytelling through composition.
• Confidence owning a shot end-to-end – from blocking, to 3D execution and final, multi-layered composite.
• Strong visual and artistic judgment, with a deep understanding of lighting, texturing, and cinematic composition.
• Competent animation skills with some knowledge of rigging and simulations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely across creative and technical teams.
