Working alongside Excetera, we built a next-gen archery game for the Valorant Champions event in Paris; an immersive arcade challenge blending design, technology, and gameplay to deliver an audiovisual experience that shifted and evolved with every player’s performance.
Built with custom hardware and machine-learning cameras, the system tracked player movement and accuracy in real time. Each round generated its own mix of light, sound, and motion, reacting instantly to hits, misses, and timing.
As players found their rhythm, the environment shifted with them, creating a constant sense of momentum and energy. The experience encouraged focus and precision while rewarding skill with interactive visual and audio feedback.
From glowing custom bows to a layered scenic backdrop, every detail was built to feel both familiar and dynamic. The space nodded to classic arcade games while reimagining them through modern materials, AI-driven audio, and responsive lighting. For players, it was a focused, physical, and immersive experience, balancing nostalgia with next-gen innovation.
