WHAT YOU’LL DO
As our Studio Assistant, you will be in the centre of Mayda’s operations in London, helping to ensure the smooth running of our London studio, based in Shoreditch. You are a proactive and resourceful individual with a passion for production and the creative industries. You’ll handle a wide range of responsibilities, from receiving and coordinating deliveries and maintaining the overall quality standard of the studio, to supporting our Production and Creative teams to ensure they are set up to execute cutting edge content. You’ll liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, making sure everything runs seamlessly.
In this role, you’ll manage the studio’s day-to-day logistics, from scheduling and booking deliveries/shipments and ensuring the studio remains a welcoming environment for staff and clients. Reporting to our Director of Operations, you’ll provide regular status updates and ensure any studio needs are anticipated and prioritized. You’ll also assist the creative team in producing high-quality content by providing hands-on support of their needs during the work day.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- This is considered an entry level position, however a relevant education track (creative production, project management, hospitality, etc.) OR 1-2 years of experience in a creative production or studio environment is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite; bonus points for experience with editing software or project management tools.
- A flexible, can-do attitude and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Passion for creativity and a strong interest in the creative industries.
